Shipping Info

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 5 working days from the order clearing, or from the pre-order release date (if you are pre-ordering an item). The delivery time will be dictated by your location.

For all merch orders to be delivered (t-shirts, CDs, mugs etc) we require a confirmation of delivery address prior to shipping anything out. For this we will send you an email to the email address you use for Bandcamp. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK THIS EMAIL for emails from Trick Music and reply with a confirmation, otherwise we will hold your goods and delivery may be delayed. We will contact buyers three times before refunding your order.

- UK orders are sent first class which usually takes between 1-3 working days.
- International orders are sent by Airmail , which can take between 3-28 workings days. Please be patient.

How can I check my order status?
Just email info@trickmusic.com with the name and email address used for the order.

What if i move house?
If you are planning to move house DO NOT order until you have a static address where items can be delivered to and collected by yourself. If you provide an old address, we ship to this address and you do not receive the item/s you are fully responsible. We can only ship to the address given.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email info@trickmusic.com. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account). If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned by royal mail. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.

If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
